As first time home buyers, everyone at Fairway was great at explaining things clearly and made the process easy to understand.
Getting our loan was very fast and easy, and we were given lots of information and explanations of the process at the start.
Communication was great, links were easy to use, office staff was helpful and friendly. All these things made refinancing a relatively painless process.
There was miscommunication regarding my new monthly payment to the tune of about $300.
Poor communication, ball was dropped on deadlines, never felt like a priority.
