Constant communication and friendly staff.
The Storteboom team was great to work with. They were always kind, helpful, and aware of important deadlines. We were consistently ahead of schedule throughout our entire closing process because of the Storteboom team's hard work.

I had a great experience!
They processed our loan quickly and efficiently. They were also quick to reply to our questions and requests. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Andrew and his team worked with us from concept to close. We were kept in the loop every step of the way and the customer service was outstanding.
Having one point of contact would have been better. We dealt with 6 different people. We emailed personal information to several of them and this made me very nervous. When issues arose, we did not receive a phone call, just "urgent" emails....
