I was a higher risk loan because of my credit and finances, so there were understandably more hoops for me to jump through. But the team that was handling my loan (I was in contact with Katie, Jen, and Andrew) was a pleasure to work with.

We worked closely with Katie Koritnik, Loan Officer Assistant who walked us thru every step of the loan process and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. She’s extremely knowledgeable and was a great pleasure to work with.
We had a great first meeting to understand the mortgage process, and he also gave us great tips on picking a house in the area and what to watch for.
