Andrew and Katie were responsive and helpful all the way through. They responded to all of our questions in a timely and efficient time frame. We had lots of ups and downs during this experience. They were not one of them.
Communication was always timely, efficient and easy to understand. If we had questions Katie (Andrew's assistant) was always able to help explain. She went over and beyond our expectations.
