first and foremost, we had an english speaking individual making it very esay to understand what he was saying
also very patient
GoodLeap stayed in touch with me every step all the way to my closing date. If I had a question they were there to answer and helped me out and understand what was going on and if they needed anything they were here.

Andy was the shining star. The closing process not so much. The delay in funding, the misinformation of funds being wired to my account and the fact that I had to mail out the checks to the creditors after paying so much money to the lawyers...

A definite lack of communication was evident. Our basic Loan Information was sent to a number of people who then e-mailed us with requests for duplication of information. We were NEVER told any names of the personnel requesting this information,...
