It was as good of an experience as a mortgage process can be.

Though the overall experience has been stressful this was due to circumstances outside of Andrea's control. She was very helpful and on top of her part of the process.
Everything up to the day of closing was very helpful, however, what we were told was not what was shown to me on day of closing. I wasted a day of PTO driving out to close 1.5hrs away when the loan and closing amount was not what was discussed...
