It was good, but in the end there was a bit of information missing, they didn't give us the correct address for the day of the signing.
the whole process we felt was really smooth thanks to them.
Ana was available to take my calls anytime we had questions. There was lots of communication through emails advising of the nexts steps along with short videos explaining the step process we were in. All documents we submitted were processed...
