Amy was great to work with! She walked us thru every step to make sure we understood it all. And she was available anytime we needed her. And, by the time we were done we had made a new friend in the process.
Answered all of my questions and took time to guide us through the process.
She kept mixing up our file with another clients, didn't send us the multiple year options we asked for, repeatedly asked us for the same information that we had already given her. Overall she seemed very disorganized.
