I was glad I requested the buyer to change to Dart bank. We usually suggest will robinson but Amy was great. The only issue was that it took us to reach out after a week to hear the appraisal was good

A little better communication. We thought you ere ready and scheduled closing then had to cancel and sellers had to do closing by mail which the didn't want to do.
