Amy was available any time for any kind of dumb question I had to ask. She never got frustrated or impatient even though I probably did and asked things that warranted it lol. She gets so many more stars than are available to choose! :)

The thorough process and ease of closing made this experience much better than what was traditionally a very hectic process. Amy and the team guiding us , along with the portal made gathering the right data much less arduous.
