All the challenging documents were front loaded so there was no scrambling for things to please the underwriter. Also someone was always available for questions.

Amy was great to work with! She is very knowledgeable and was very attentive to my MANY annoying questions. Amy was also very quick to respond to my questions via text even when it was outside of work hours.
