other persons involved, multiple steps, lack of confidence in integrity of the Notary
confusion among AMY and co-workers
My primary complaint was the complexity of document requests and snags in the process itself. Very demanding and stressful. Loan officer {Amy} helped smooth out those issues and was wonderful to work with.
Amy was, first, knowledgeable and informative about the reverse mortgage and the steps I needed to complete the process. By the way, those steps were exhausting. Could the process be simplified a bit? Not Amy's fault!As important, Amy was delightful...
