Personally I had not had a transaction with Rapid or Abigail until the recent co-op I had and the selling agent referred her and all went well.
Abigail was thorough and easily reachable. Answered all of my questions and did not leave me on the dark.
The process was quick and very streamlined. Amy did an excellent job.
