When I had any questions, the response time was always fast and consistent. My anxiety was quelled by an understanding of what I was feeling. Also, the knowledge displayed was impressive.

Amy and Tara were very responsive to my many silly questions; no question was ever avoided or went unanswered. These women worked diligently to get me through this process but managed to make it enjoyable.
