Communication was amazing, as usual! I never have to worry about a transaction w/Amy and her team.
Constant communication. She guided us through the process the best she could. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Seemed like it took a long time to get to the closing stage. Then there was miscommunication as far as the loan terms. So we had to reschedule our signing. But we got what we wanted as far a rate and payment. Overall I'm happy.
The staff was very communicative and helpful. I was promised a closing date in 3 weeks and they were able to get it done! Highly recommend!
