Amy and her team are the best!
It was related to how closing went. It seem like there was a disconnect between the lender and the closing company with the balancing that made closing more difficult for me.

If you are buying a home Amy Harvell and her team should be your only option for a lender. Hands down the easiest process and the communication from her team is stellar!!!!!
Amy and her team were great at communication. I went into this process thinking it would be a long process and it was the opposite of that. This was my first home purchase and I will be using Amy and her team for future home purchases.
