Well, something happened with the numbers and my client had to pay an additional $300 at closing after he continue to inquire about the closing cost. The change was apparently made the morning of closing. The attorney was not aware of the change...

Things were rushed at toward the end of the process. Like, asking for documents that I already provided a day before closing. More of a processing/underwriting issue. Amy was great.
The application process was easy and Amy answered all my questions in a timely manner.
Amy was great throughout the whole process. The whole transaction was smooth and she was extremely helpful in closing on time.
