Amy Goodrum was amazing and provided us with everything we needed as quick as possible. She was very thorough and patient when answering any questions we had. We are absolutely happy that we had the opportunity to work with her!
Communication was generally quick. One thing that is super annoying is how on email traffic there are so many attachments where it'll just be something like a logo that is an attachment. Makes it hard to find what you're looking for
Good communication about each step made things a lot easier.
Smooth , on time
Very disorganized. Our employers felt harassed - reached out to 4x - things like that showing the process was disjointed. Lack of clear communication.

I would have liked more communication with the lender. This was my first transaction so I was not sure what to expect. Overall my clients were pleased with Silverton and for that reason I would refer again.
