Have done this several times and was surprised how easy the process and smooth things were.
Amy was efficient, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. She made the process painless and seamless. We would highly recommend Amy and Silverton!
Everything was timely and the closing was easy.
Make sure the Loan agents are available. There were times she was unreasonable, and I left emails and message and got with me days later.
It's very important to listen to your clients and communicate better. Getting hit with an increase on the day of closing as i am signing the loan papers was very unprofessional and inefficient on Silverton side.
