Amy was hard to reach. Most of the time when me or my client call she doesn’t answer. I had to call and text her few times for her to get back to answer a question.
Overall it was good. What would have made it better is an on-boarding meeting to provide a step-by-step explanation of the process that would aid in understanding of all the components to complete the process to include the various persons...

Extreme lack of communication. I was very disappointed in Amy. Returning phone calls, and replying to both emails, and text from my realtor and I, would have made things better. It's done now, I'm moving on.
