Multiple people on my loan went out on vacation/sick leave and no one seemed to pick up the slack. My loan application was in underwriting for over 2 months before being approved and I had to stay on the people for it to get done.
Amy was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions which was incredibly important as a first time home buyer.
Closed on time despite havi to change processor
The process was very smooth and the team was very communicative. Had a small switch up a week before closing, but everything worked out. No fault of anyone. I was clear to close on-time.
