Sale of the mortgage to some no name company feels wrong. I feel like I have been used and dumped by frost mortgage. Ammar is an exceptional employee. Thank you Ammar
Ammar did great overall however, I would recommend establish a communication plan upfront so the customer knows what to expect vs. sending videos. Respond to customer requests like estimated my net out estimate request.
This is my first experience with buying a home. Ammar was willing and open to help me understand each step of the process and quick to answer all of my seemingly weird questions no matter the time of day.
