    Not very impressed. Canceled my covererage because of moss on the roof of a rental property. No leaks but they wouldn't continue the policy because of it. Looking to move to other insurers now after over ten years with Allstate.

    Poor communication on billing… I pay $498 for my daughter and I and I was quoted differently. Insurance robs ppl of money. It’s too bad we need them

    GO ELSEWHERE FOR INSURANCE!! Receptionist is EXTREMELY rude, Ami doesn't care about your policy once she had made the "sale'. If you have a problem, don't expect them to help you. I would have given them ZERO stars if it were an option.
