My buyer needed the loan closed fast because part of what I was able to negotiate for my buyer was based on closing before the end of 2023. Amber made it happen!

More pro active communication. My client was allowed to handle additional loans that should have been handled thru the lender and we almost didn’t close on time due to lack of communication.
My clients received a number of disclosures to sign electronically from MM the morning of closing. The docs came to their email at 1:00 am and because they were traveling that morning to closing they had not checked their email prior. They...
