Aaron guided me through the entire process and answered every question almost immediately. The whole process was seamless.
The process was very long (six months) while others that were refinancing were getting done in 30-45 days. The delay cost us 600/month in extra interest. We also were sent the same paperwork a few times to fill out.
Aaron was very responsive and helpful, he was able answer all our questions and guide us through the whole process.
