Great follow up and response to any questions or concerns.
Interpersonal communication was, at times, less than professional.
Acquiring a home loan is a a stressful time. Answering questions and concerns in a polite and professional manner is key to maintaining a good relationship with the client.
Electronic communication was great. I would of liked to at least had one face to face meeting with all involved. I know Covid has changed things but that is probably my only "gripe" on the whole process.
Everyone I talked with was so willing to help and was very pleasant to work with.
That to me is half the battle of the process “nice people “ .
