Everyone was helping knowledgeable and kind hearted with me during the entire process. All paperwork was explained in detail to me during the entire process. Everyone had patience with me and the line of communication was exceptional.
We were 1st time home buyers.
Amanda took the extra time to explain (and maybe re-explain, lol) every step along the way to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable in our understanding.
For the most part the team was great about getting me information in a timely manner, as well as providing quick responses. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but in the end everything was taken care of!
Communication was just not there. Very frustrating.
