She answer all the questions and Solve the issues she’s right on point and very professional.
Allison carried herself well, provided great services and is a professional in her job. If she didn't have the answer she would look for it from a colleague.
Overall communication was better than other loan companies we have felt with in the past. When things needed changed or clarified, Allison was straight forward with the answer.
Everytime I communicated with Allison it seemed like her response came instanteously. It was fantastic to complete the refinance process as if I was sitting in her office with her complete focus on getting me on my way.
