Overall, a good experience and the loan was completed successfully. The process itself went well. Communication could have been a bit more consistent, as updates were sometimes limited, but everything was handled professionally in the end.

Poor communication during the process. There were often times I'd just happen to look at my emails and have documents to sign. I feel like the process took longer than it should have.
