Quick and seamless application process and underwriting. Very responsive to questions. Highly recommended.
Closed the loan on time and when I needed anything they delivered. Nothing more a realtor could ask for.
As a realtor I like to be kept up to date for the lender and title company. That took place but only by me asking. Other than that, everything was perfect. I honestly give a 4.8 just not a perfect 5.
I think as a first time homebuyer, the experience was great because the team did a good job in explaining and helping me understand each step in the process.
Everyone was friendly, well informed, kept us updated and responded to our questions in a timely manner. They made the process easy and stress-free (as much as buying a house can be!) Go with Allen and his amazing team!
