Even when working against the clock (tighter than the 30 days we put on the contract) The Team was able to pull through with better terms than my buyer's original bank.
The same information was collected multiple times, process took much longer than we were initially told, some of the team was unpleasant to work with as they were inconsiderate and rude by email.
The process from beginning to end was extremely smooth. They made the process extremely simple.
