I was not sure I got a good rate. Documentation process was a little chaotic.
Communication geared towards closing
This was my 2nd mortgage signing with Alan. I trust him to assist with the best options for my mortgage.
The communication was excellent. The portal made it easy to keep track of everything h we needed to provide to the lender. Allen’s staff couldn’t have been any more efficient and accommodating.
Personal service, regular updates, Clients are always given first class care and attention, great rates, early clear to close and follow up after settlement.
