More communication for what is needed outside of the app.
You were excellent to start with your weekly reports, etc. Then when we could not close on time you would not return my phone calls or update me on the issues. I had a seller with a moving truck waiting to move her and nowhere to move.
I wasn’t kept in the loop of the transaction process. I learned more from my client than the Lender about loan problems and if I hadn’t known my client as well as I do, I could have really been embarrassed.
This is the second time I worked with Allen and he did not disappoint. A pleasure to work with. Will definitely use him again in the future

too many redundant documents needed at times- probably on the lender's list
