    Alix and Oliver were extremely helpful and available throughout our entire process. There were a few hiccups (CHFA certificate & needing to get Cody's name off the loan right before closing) but otherwise we felt very supported!

    They were always there if we had any questions. They were in top of thier game, making sure we had all our documents, i's doted, t's crossed so closing was a breeze.

    Amazing communication via text, emails, and calls. Extremely helpful with reminders on deadlines and paperwork to be completed. On top of their game to make sure everything was completed on time and in the easiest way possible.

    It was great, one thing there was an issue with the HOA documents and we had to hear that news from our realtor.
