Alise Sofiakis, vice president of mortgage lending, works to simplify the mortgage process for all of her clients. “I enjoy helping all people, no matter the situation. From first-time homebuyers to family home upgraders to retirees looking to downsize, I’m here to make mortgages easy.”
As a 20-year industry veteran, Alise worked for several large banks and brokers prior to joining United Home Loans in 2002. While she appreciates all of her experience, Alise is glad she landed at United Home Loans, stating, “I’m surrounded by a diverse, customer-centered team. United Home Loans values its customers by remaining flexible with in-house decisions and underwriting.”
Alise takes pride in the fact that most of her clients are referrals and repeat borrowers. “I love that I’m starting to see the generations in referrals. I’m helping the children of clients from when I started my career. I feel like they’re part of my family,” Alise remarks.
