Aline was very patient explaining all details of the reverse mortgage to my elderly father. She is FANTASTIC to work with - she follows up as promised and assisted us with a very complicated issue.

I probably would have to say the humor from Aileen and Ms Cook when things got intense. That made all the difference to me during such a difficult decision . I'll never forget them going the last mile for me.
In the beginning stages of the process everything went extremely fast, but toward the end of the process there seemed to be needless delays.
