Prompt attention
Your team never seemed to be on the same page, we were submitting documents that were already submitted, being at the mercy of the underwriters seemed to be a bit too much critical ALL which seemed to create an extensive process.

This has been a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. All steps along the way were explained and understood. The follow up was excellent. Thank you for making this process so easy.
Loan officer was very accommodating.
However, I experienced a few issues with the loan processor.
The dispersal of the personal, credit cards & loan payouts could have been better. As it is I have to wait weeks for confirmation and release of titles. It is a complicated process for me.
