    Alicia is really just great at getting it done, staying on it, really appreciate the attention to making sure evrything is very streamlined in an otherwise choatic situation. and Tom was a great help on the team as well.

    The process was pretty quick overall. If we had a a question or were “freaking” out about something we could call Alicia and she would calmly explain what was going on or fix the issue.
