Whenever I had a question Ali had or got an answer. I'm sure he did a lot behind the scenes.
Need a direct link to the portal for active applications. An overview of the process and a list of typically required documents wold have been helpful.
The process of applying for a loan has changed drastically from what it was a few years ago. Without Ali's guidance I don't see how we could have done it.
