Alexis is great handled my loan in a way others couldn’t to get me qualified and clear to close, very professional and nice lady, always got back with me to answer my questions. So glad I chose to work with Alexis at cross county mortgage!
Everything was great. At the beginning was a little bit difficult to connect with them . We were always in touch with them until to finilize the process.
Alexis was Excellent with communication which made it a very streamlined process.
Would recommend her again!
