Our first lender(a corporate bank) was making the process overly difficult with a ridiculous interest rate. I reached out to Alexis and she accomplished more in a day then the other guys did in three weeks.
Alexis is hands down the easiest lender I have worked with. Always very responsive, responded quickly to emails, along with returning phone calls. I will absolutely use Alexis at Cardinal Financial for future property investments.
