Had to go to close three times due to a mess up in paperwork. Now my loan has been sold and they never contacted me.
This by far was the easiest refinance of my house I didn’t have to jump every other day for paperwork which was nice.
After considerable research with other lenders, LoanPal provided a great service and kept the loan process simple.
It was a more cumbersome process than I remember compared to prior refinance experiences. The information I had provided during earlier processes did not seem to get passed down the chain to other departments
