Alex was phenomenal to work with! She made the process seamless. She was always available with our odd schedules and answered our questions every step of the way. We were first time home buyers and absolutely recommend Alex and Envoy!

That someone would respond to me when I sent a text and if the who started the loan wasn't going to be available then maybe given the loan process to someone who was going to be available and not ask for things at last minute and not realize...

We felt cared for and informed with our home buying experience. The Envoy portal was simple and efficent for uploading documents and communcating with our officers.
