Helped me through each step and provided guidance throughout the process. responded to my queries quickly.
Alex and his team were great counselors during my closing process -- they provided stellar service, prompt communication and exceptional counsel on how to best navigate the process.
Alex was responsive at first, but then overly delayed getting back to us, causing a time crunch to closing that forced us to scramble for alternative financing. Rates went up, & trusting Alex cost us a bunch of financing grief & wasted time....
