My well-rounded real estate and small business background allow me to best serve both first-time buyers and seasoned homeowners. I am versed in both Conventional and FHA programs, including 203K and HomeStyle rehab loans. I operate under the philosophy of treating clients the way I would like to be treated which includes transparency and constant communication.I am a family man- father of 3 great kids and an amazing wife. I am a strong believer in being proactive in one's community. I am a retired Sergeant of the Auxiliary Police in my town. The past seven years, I have contributed to my Board of Education in various capacities including that of President and VP.
