    The entire process was electronic which was great and made it very easy. It was difficult sometimes to get ahold of the loan officer and the total cash to close had been changed but not communicated to me until I called to confirm. Overall...

    We would have liked the personal feel of a local bank handling our mortgage, we did not even make the 1st payment and were sold off, not the feel we are looking for.
