Great communication and ease of use
He was rather prompt on providing the information I needed and going through the process with me.
Good communication and ease of contact throughout, only issue through the whole process was the last minute underwriting issues which was no fault.
Communication was great.
Fairway made applying for a home loan quick and easy. They were able to get me preapproved for more than other places were able to. Also I would attribute my winning offer to working with a lender that closes quickly.
Great follow through.
Although will say that I had to turn in same paperwork more than once for underwriting. So not sure what happened there. Alex and Jill were sure to take time to explain and assist
