Alex is very friendly and truly took the time to figure out what would be best for our situation. He was proactive every step of the way, as well as quick to respond to our questions.
We tried for a VA Loan but it had too many requirements that our present finances could not afford ahead of the refinance. So we had to do inspections again for a regular refinance, that turned out ok but I had to take more time off teaching...

Jumping through hoops with paperwork for a VA loan to end up doing a normal refinance and the interest rate went up. Yet as we signed it began dropping again. Go figure. Not GoodLeap's fault.
