Alex was always there to answer all questions and offer his knowledge to help make this process go smoothly.
The team at Prosperity made the mortgage process simple. Every step of the way was communicated thoroughly. We really felt taken care of working with their team. Will recommend in the future to family and friends.
Towards the end when I got closer to closing I was told i had to pay the IRS 1 amount 13 days before closing which pushed my closing back only To find out u only needed a payment plan.
There was always a quick response to any email I sent out.
Alex and Anthony were great at communicating and helping through the process. Well done. Will recommend to my friends!

Alex knows the city of Philadelphia and its suburbs well, but also caters to clients in Delaware and New Jersey. He graduated from Temple University with a degree in a marketing and business and is still active with its alumni associations.
