I liked the fact that Alex was able to communicate with me in an efficient, but also an understanding manner. He made sure I understood everything he was proposing to me. He make me feel comfortable :)
My wife and I loved how Alex broke down everything in a very detailed manner and explained everything step by step. Even when we wanted to make an adjustment financially, he would always find a way to make it happen! Alex is the best!!
